Join us on Wednesday 5th February in our beautiful Prince Of Wales private dining room from 6:30pm as Executive Chef  Nuno Goncalves and Bar Manager Christian Maspes showcase their first dinner of the year.  An evening of delicious food, paired with our very own low ABV wine fermentations from the bar. The mixology team has spent the past year experimenting with various concoctions and guests will have the chance to try them with each course.

Look forward to four courses featuring local, seasonal and organic produce paired with wine from our Wine My Way menu.
