Sipsmith Skyline Supper Club at Madison (5th March)

After a sellout first event, Madison is teaming up with Sipsmith once again for a springtime Skyline Supper Club.

We’ll begin on the terrace with a hot G&T overlooking St Paul’s and the London skyline beyond. Then move inside to the restaurant with 3 courses created by Head Chef Robin Tarver, each paired with a delicious Sipsmith cocktail.

Sipsmith ambassador Rich Hamer will be on hand on the evening to talk through the different iterations of Sipsmith.

Sample menu:

Tuna tartare, pickled lotus root, sesame seeds, yuzu, mirin

Sipsmith London dry, yuzu/lemon juice blend, lemongrass/ginger cordial, soda

Roast haunch of venison, chestnut fritter, pickled red cabbage, madeira sauce

Sipsmith VJOP, port, cranberry juice, lemon juice

Chocolate fondant, blackberries & milk ice-cream

Sipsmith Sloe gin, raspberry puree, vanilla syrup, lemon juice

Tickets are £45 and include 3 courses, 3 gin cocktails, and a hot G&T. Please arrive from 6.30pm, with dinner beginning at 7.
