The five-course pairing menu includes all 5 wines in the main Nyetimber range, including the elegant Classic Cuvee, the complex and biscuit-y Blanc de Blancs, the rare and refined Tillington Single Vineyard, the textured and hedonistic Rosé, and the delicately sweet Cuvee Chérie.
