New Years Eve at Bluebird! (Friday 31st December)
Ring in the New Year in true Chelsea style, and join us at Bluebird Chelsea for a 3 course dinner, a welcome glass of Champagne, and entrance to our Bluebird after-party.
Make it one to remember, and join us for a three course menu, curated by our new Executive Head Chef, Owen Sullivan. Chef Owen has had over 10 years experience working with Gordon Ramsay, and has put together a stunning menu including; Rigatoni with black truffle, Wild Seabass with
artichoke purée, leeks, Champagne, and caviar sauce and a warm Dark Chocolate Pudding with caramel ice cream, just to name a few. See the full menu here.

The party doesn’t stop there. We will be ringing the party late into the night as we are joined by DJ Tony and the Percussionist.
Dinner will £150 per person.
