We are excited to announce the next supper club in our summer supper club series – as we celebrating one of Britain’s best loved drinks – the gin and tonic.
In collaboration with Warner’s Gin, Head Chef Joe Albina has created a special gin inspired menu, drawing on a variety of ingredients and botanicals usually associated with the classic G&T.
Join us on Tuesday 27th August at 6.30pm as Joe talks you through the inspiration behind each of the dishes, and co-hosts Warner’s Gin talks all things cocktails!
The following dishes will feature on the menu, each alongside a delicious Warner’s Gin cocktail, selected especially to complement each dish.
Gin cured salmon, Cornish crab and avocado
Cornfed chicken breast, sweetcorn, buttered leeks and juniper jus
Gin poached Granny Smith, marinated apple & cucumber salsa, gin & tonic granny smith sorbet
Tickets are priced at £35, and include a welcome cocktail, and 3 courses each paired with a refreshing gin cocktail
