Exclusive gin-lovers experience at Skylon, for two

Join us for a true epicurean experience; a gin & tonic masterclass led by Skylon’s experienced mixologist.
The Masterclass begins with the tasting of three gins from our extensive collection, each paired with the appropriate tonic. Our bartender will explain the history and heritage of the gin, as well as the nuances and delicacy of tonics and how to enhance the flavour with homemade tonics. After learning and sampling a selection of gins at the bar, enjoy a three-course lunch from our Set Menu.
