Two “Cloud 9” Champagne cocktails and a selection of three bar nibbles to share, served in the bar area at Skylon. Pre booking necessary.

Mandarin Napoleon, candied ginger, Fee brother’s orange bitters finished with Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee.
St. Germain elderflower liqueur, Fresh mint and lime juice, Cloudy apple juice, Cucumber syrup toped up with Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee.
Wild berry cordial, rose perfume and Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee.
And the choice of 3 bar snacks including: Salt and pepper squid, nuoc cham; Prawn tempura, dill lemon mayo; Devonshire crab, baby gem and Caesar dressing, Honey glazed baby chorizo; Ceps arancini, goats cheese mousse; Charcuterie, pickled vegetable and celeriac remoulade.
