To celebrate chocolate week and truffle season, it is time to get hands on and create your own chocolate truffles in the 20 Stories Private Dining Room!
Watch a detailed truffle making demonstration by a professional chocolatier, then it’s your turn to put your new skills to the test.
First mix the cream and Belgian chocolate along with your chosen flavour, pick from two infused cocktail flavours – Espresso Martini or Gin & Tonic. Then, pipe the truffle centres and lastly dip and decorate your truffles ready to take home.
Guests will also make their very own bespoke chocolate lollipop. Any shape they like, the only limit being their imagination.
Upon completion, we will present you with a box so each guest can take their chocolate truffles home to enjoy.
Once you have created your truffles, you will then enjoy a cocktail on our rooftop terrace to take in the beautiful views over the city and share your new creative skills.
Following your cocktail, be welcomed back into our Private Dining Room for a three course set menu prepared especially by the 20 Stories kitchen.
A wine flight will also be available for you to purchase should you wish to add that special touch to your evening!
Time: 6:30pm – 10:30pm
Duration: 1h 30m masterclass, followed by a cocktail on the terrace and a three course meal in our Private Dining Room from 9pm.
