To celebrate International Chocolate Day, it is time to get hands on and create your own chocolate macarons in the Crafthouse Private Dining Room!
Mix, pipe and decorate your own chocolate macarons from start to finish. Be guided by Crafthouse’s Head Chef (and chocolate enthusiast) Simon Jewitt, and put your patisserie skills to the test.
Sleeves up and aprons on, you’ll be making our oozy chocolate ganache and macaron mixture from scratch, learning all the top tips on how to make the perfect macaron. Whilst your goodies are baking away, nibble on our range of mouth-watering canapés, washed down with an indulgent white chocolate cocktail, created by our expert Crafthouse mixologists.
Then you’ll return to pipe the macarons with your irresistible chocolatey ganache you made earlier and fill with a range of delicious toppings to make the ultimate macaron! We’ll then provide boxes for you to take your creations home – if there are any left once you’re finished with them!
