Join us for an intimate four-course dinner with Laurent-Perrier Champagne pairings!
We’re thrilled to be hosting a special evening in the wine cellar from 7pm on Tuesday 31st January in partnership with Laurent-Perrier. Enjoy a bespoke four-course dinner by Executive Chef Tony Fleming, with each course perfectly paired with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
Begin the dinner with a selection of canapes, followed by a starter of Cornish crab. The Laurent-Perrier Vintage 2012 will be paired with a main course of Roast monkfish tail, aubergine caponata, octopus carpaccio, golden raisins and noisette sauce, followed by a Rhubarb and pistachio mille feuille for dessert.
With each course, our Head Sommelier Michele Orbolato will offer tasting notes and guide you through each sparkling Champagne pairing, alongside Laurent-Perrier Brand Ambassador, Arnaud Aiassa.
